Space will be given for all our walkers to walk at their own pace during these classes. No-one will be left behind or feel held back. Ideal for those new to Nordic Walking.

Beginners Learn to Nordic Walk Courses
These three hour courses (usually over 3 weeks) aim to give you a hands-on introduction to Nordic Walking. We use the INWA 10 Steps programme. Suitable for beginners or those looking to refresh their skills. Contact Tash for details of the next course.

An ideal choice for those wanting to push the poles and increase speed, stamina and intensity.

If you are looking to improve your skills or work on a particular element of Nordic Walking on a 1:1 basis this is the class for you!

A longer class allowing us to explore further afield and different terrain, may include a coffee and cake stop! 4-5 miles

Taster Session
Available to small groups (max 12) to get a ‘taste’ of what Nordic Walking is and give it a try.
