Join The Nordic Nomad as she teaches you how to Nordic Walk and learn how Nordic Walking in the Arboretum can benefit your physical and mental wellbeing.

This 3 week course is aimed at beginners or those with little Nordic Walking experience.

3 week Course Cost £30 (Westonbirt Arboretum Membership is required)

After this course you will be able to join any of our weekly Nordic Walks in various locations, including the twice weekly Nordic Walks at Westonbirt Arboretum.

Beginners 2 Week Nordic Walking Course

Beginners Couch to 5k Nordic Walk For Health 10 Week Nordic Walking Course

Starts Friday 26th September, runs until 28th November

9-10am

Location: John Coles Park, Fleet Road, Chippenham, SN15 1NZ

This course is for absolute beginners, for those with mobility issues or injuries, those who wish to increase the distance they are able to walk and those wishing to refresh their skills. For more information please get in touch via the ‘contact us’ form.

We will teach you how to Nordic Walk and gradually increase your distance over the 10 week Course.

Course Cost £90

After this course you will be able to join any of our weekly Nordic Walks in various locations.
