🌼 Spring News from Nordic Nomads
2026 is shaping up to be our most inspiring year yet. We’re continuing our guided Nordic walks, introducing refresher opportunities on our 5km sessions, and are seeing more people than ever discovering the benefits of Nordic walking—not just as exercise, but as a lifestyle.
Our community continues to grow, and it’s been fantastic to see both beginners and experienced walkers coming together, sharing miles, stories, and plenty of fresh air.
On Sunday 17th May Nordic Nomads are planning to take part in this year’s Tetbury Hospital Hike together!, Join us for a rare chance to explore the magnificent private estate of Estcourt Park in Shipton Moyne—a perfect day out for families, friends, walkers and runners alike. This is your moment to enjoy stunning countryside, great food, and a warm community atmosphere, all while supporting Tetbury Hospital. Low impact – Kind to joints while still boosting fitness
Mental wellbeing – Time outdoors reduces stress and improves mood
Social connection – Walk with a friendly, supportive community
Accessible for all – Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
In a world that moves fast, Nordic walking is a simple, powerful way to slow down while strengthening both body and mind.
